1. Free Demo Session Policy
We offer a complimentary **45-minute Free Demo Class** for new students to experience our teaching methodology before committing to regular monthly tutoring. There is zero financial obligation for demo sessions.
2. Class Rescheduling & Minimum Notice
- Student/Parent Cancellations: Notice must be provided at least **6 hours in advance** of the scheduled class time to reschedule without session fee forfeiture.
- Tutor Rescheduling: In the rare event that a class is rescheduled due to unforeseen tutor emergency, a make-up class will be scheduled at the parent's preferred time slot.
3. Tuition Fee Payment Terms
Tuition fees for Home Tuition (Jaipur) and Live Online Batches are billed on a monthly advance or session-based schedule as agreed prior to commencement.
4. Refund Eligibility Criteria
If a parent or student decides to discontinue tutoring services after enrolling:
- Unused Advance Classes: A pro-rata refund for remaining un-conducted future classes will be processed if cancellation is requested within 7 days of advance fee payment.
- Completed Classes: Fees for sessions that have already been conducted are strictly non-refundable.
- Short-term Crash Courses: Specialized short-term board exam crash courses or custom test series modules are non-refundable once activated.
5. Refund Process & Timelines
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5 to 7 business days of written cancellation request approval.
