1. Agreement to Terms
By engaging Manav Nimesh for Home Tuition, Live Online Batches, Board Exam Preparation, or Educational Consultancy services, parents, students, and clients agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Tutoring Services & Mode of Delivery
Services offered include 1-on-1 Home Tuition (in Jaipur), Live Interactive Online Tuition, and Educational Consultancy for Science, Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (Classes 6 to 12). Classes are conducted strictly according to scheduled mutually agreed slots.
3. Student & Parent Responsibilities
- Punctuality: Students are expected to be ready for tutoring sessions on time. Delayed starts due to student unavailability will not extend session duration beyond scheduled slots.
- Homework & Tasks: Students must complete assigned practice questions, formula revisions, and chapter assignments.
- Study Environment: For home tuition, a quiet and well-lit study environment must be provided by parents.
4. Intellectual Property
All custom study materials, formula booklets, reaction sheets, test papers, and digital presentations provided by Manav Nimesh remain intellectual property and are solely for individual student learning. Commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.
5. Academic Performance Disclaimer
While every rigorous effort is made to build conceptual clarity and maximize student marks through proven teaching methods, academic results ultimately depend on student dedication, practice consistency, and attendance. No guaranteed percentile claim is implied.
6. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
